Commission-Based Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive individual to join our team as a Commission-Based Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, generating interest in our services, and setting appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:
– Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
– Engage potential clients in conversations, identify their needs, and generate interest in our services
– Set qualified appointments for our sales team to close deals
– Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and outcomes in our CRM system
– Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of appointments
– Stay up-to-date with our latest offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value to potential clients

Requirements:
– Proven experience in a sales or appointment setting role, preferably in a commission-based environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong phone presence
– Ability to engage prospects, build rapport, and handle objections effectively
– Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commissions
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
– Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications a plus
